28: Belgium - BRTN Radio Donna takes over the Radio 1 frequency of 927 kHz.

25: Slovenia - Radio Slovenia starts with English and German broadcasts on medium wave.

06: Belgium - Radio 1 resumes broadcasting on 927 kHz (instead of Radio Donna)

27: Belgium - The BRTN World Service changes its name into Radio Vlaanderen Internationaal.
