15: UK - BBC Radio 2 leaves medium wave (693 & 909 kHz).

30: Belgium - BRTN World Service takes over 1512 kHz from Studio Brussel.

01: Germany - Sachsenradio starts broadcasting on 531 kHz via Leipzig-Wiederau, while Radio Aktuell has to use the lower power transmitter on 729 kHz.

November

05: International Waters - The last day of Radio Caroline broadcasting from the Ross Revenge in International Waters.
