Tax Refunds of 33% possible!
New Zealand tax residents [individuals and businesses] can obtain refunds of 33% for donations. Charitable donation tax deductibility for Australian and US tax residents will be extended as soon as practicable. In the meantime, supporter and online campaign branding and sponsorship payments from businesses in most countries should also be deducible as normal business expenses.

Use of Donations
Donations will be allocated to projects and activities at the discretion of the Radio Heritage Foundation. During 2010, 20% of Financial Supporter donations will be allocated to the ‘Endowment Fund 2010’ to help towards future financial sustainability.
Financial Transparency & Reporting
The Radio Heritage Foundation is registered as a charitable entity with the Charities Commission in New Zealand. We file an annual report and an annual financial report with the Commission and information can be accessed freely on-line through their website. Full details are at the bottom of every page of our website.
Acceptance
The Radio Heritage Foundation reserves the right to accept, decline or revoke any application for Annual or Lifetime supporter status at its sole discretion at any time and/or reserves the right to remove any links to websites and/or content that it considers inappropriate for any reason at its sole discretion. In such circumstances, any refund or partial refund of donations will be solely at the discretion of the Radio Heritage Foundation.
